Frank was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College in 1989 and his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America in 1993.
Frank is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has served on the Executive Committee of the Workers Compensation Section, the Board of Governors, the Committee on the Judiciary, and has served as Chair of the Hispanic-Latino Division.
Frank has received Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" peer review rating, the highest level for professional excellence in legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
Katie was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1992 and graduated with honors from the UNC School of Law in 1999.
Katie is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice where she has served on the Board of Governors and is a member of the Professional Negligence Section.
Katie has received Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" peer review rating, the highest level for professional excellence in legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards. She has been voted a North Carolina Super Lawyer every year since 2014.
